The Tudors Final Season

I have never liked the saying “All good things must come to an end.” I feel compelled to reply “And why is that then?” while stamping my feet like a spoiled child. The fact that The Tudors is coming to an end makes me want to throw a right royal strop. But alas, no one lives forever, not even the King of England. The Tudors’ final season premiers on ShowTime Sunday, April 11th.
I would be tempted to argue that a show called The Tudors could continue quite easily, after all, there’s still Edward and Mary and of course Elizabeth, one of England’s most popular monarchs. But then again, the whole Elizabeth I saga has been retold so many times I’m not sure there is much of an audience for it anymore, at least not right now. Besides, would you continue to watch The Tudors without a one Jonathan Rhys Meyers? Me thinks not!
So in season four Henry returns with an axe to grind. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist.) There is a sweet young thing that has caught his eye called Katherine Howard. If you thought Anne Boleyn was a little bit naughty, you haven’t seen anything yet!
Still, we all know how the show ends right? Or do you?
Can you complete this mnemonic about Henry VIII’s wives?
Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, ?
While you’re thinking about that, watch this behind the scenes video of The Tudors final season:
Watch the producer of The Tudors describe the enchanting and irresistible Katherine Howard.

Survived.
